Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain.
This fight has only just begun...

I forgot to remove the FPS display before recording oops. Also don't worry about it dipping super low when the game is paused; I was running an external tool on the pause object that allows for real-time code changes while the game is running and it always murders performance while objects are active on which that external tool is running
Your game's art style never ceases to impress. Good stuff.

Well, it's been a hot minute since I've been around or even did anything game making related. Took a massive break away from my Mario engine obsession and decided to restart a lot of my work from scratch and decided to start this attempt off with the one thing that made me want to give up lol. As you can tell it's the balance lifts. These things were a nightmare trying to figure out how to make work in Clickteam Fusion but I think I may have succeeded. Nothing fancy but I'm more just proud I made it happen after a few days of cussing and late nights.

This is a big moment for moment for me, which is kind of embarrassing considering it's a basic thing. I just recently started working on a functional bowser for my engine which is something I've never done, and have to say I'm pretty excited. As you can see, it's pretty well early stages. No fire, no animations, and I think I need to keep tweaking horizontal movements and jump timing, but it's a start.

More positive progress on the Bowser fight. Got the animations of Bowser in place and what I think might actually be a pretty decent randomize system for the flames shooting.

Mario Rhythm (Provisional Name)
A little project I'm doing. It was based on another game where Mario had to jump to the rhythm of Duane and Brando's Mario rap. The levels I made are the following: -Tutorial level -Tetris DS level Duane and Brando's Mario rap was planned, but I scrapped it due to MFGG's politics on swearing, also, non-Mario songs are planned to be in this game, but I decided to go with some Mario songs first. Also, I was lucky enough to recover this project because this was accidentally deleted. Luckily, thanks to a decompiler, I was able to recover it. The Progress so far: Please give me recommendations for both Mario and non-Mario songs for this game.

I know I've probably been annoying with these repeated posts of my current engine but I thought maybe a video this time might be a bit better of my "almost" end result. Still not completely done but getting really close and fairly happy with the results so far.

@Render8 Wow, you're recreating SMB1 in Clickteam Fusion? I've gotta say that I've been pretty impressed by your work! Keep it up! Do you plan on recreating the entire game, or are you going to make a new game with the engine?
