I mean, it would make sense, I guess. OneyPlays did a playthru of Yoshi Dead and Loving It (ooold MFGG fangame), so it could have been DingDong suggesting it.

I was never a part of the U for obvious reasons but from my understanding, it was more a case of him biting the hand that fed him and, again, getting upset when there was retribution rather than him doing any actual damage to the community there. Not the way he did here, on my forums, or literally anywhere else he's been on the internet, anyway.

I was on pretty good terms with Delmore back in the day, despite all the shenanigans he got himself into. Then he randomly vanished one day, and apparently became DingDong? :o

His hair texture is the exact same as the one on the pic he circulated, but I think he Photoshopped it dark because it was fuzzy in texture but without shine (dark hair always has shine)

...Wasn't Delmore also the dude who somehow got some of your phone numbers and called you? I could be wrong but I seem to recall Fourside and a few other members had their phones called by a notorious MFGGer and IIRC it was Delmore. But it's been so long so take it with a grain of salt.

Anyone ever got ahold of MarioGamer? Or least know of his whereabouts? I really miss the dude.

Geez. Was he really angry when he said it? Also no, you're not a jerk at all. It boggles my mind how someone could possibly get mad at you for expressing legitimate concerns.

I got no idea who Ding Dong is or what Delmore has been up to. IIRC he's one of the only members who managed to always rub me the wrong way, but he didn't leave much of an impression on me either.

It was apparently him playing pranks with another member of the forums but this was also at a time where I was frequently dealing with strange people calling my phone so on top of the stuff I was dealing with online, I was also dealing with massive privacy and safety concerns.

I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah, that's really terrible. I always advise to keep your personal information private and to have strong security (passwords, etc.), to prevent such information being intercepted and compromised. Who were the strange people calling you?

Although hearing Delmore prank calling other MFGGers is somewhat hilarious.

At the time, just weird people calling me. This was around the time my first book came out 12 or so years ago. I've been keeping my info on better lockdown since then.

also feels pretty wild to see my name mentioned a few times (I used to go by Alex / Alex IDV before I transitioned, and had an Uncle Scrooge avatar, in case you didn't make the connection), but it's not a bad feeling. Love you all ðŸ’™
