Wouldn't be surprised. Covid started in late 2019 (which is why it's called covid "19") - it's just that a lot of countries didn't actually start taking it seriously until early 2020.

Someone at work was tested positive for COVID-19. He was absent for some time before he tested positive and he typically work at home. I am pretty terrified due to the uncertainty of this disease. I will get myself tested later on this week.

Any update to this? How are you?

Just an update on me: I have been sleeping a lot and it's drivin' me crazy. My mood is level and dandy, it's just I'm exhausted doing nothing all day... Can't really tell what I'm doing every day because they all seem to just blend together.

I do make it a point to maintain a schedule to eat, hygiene, and the occasional Zoom conference with family or friends... but between those times it feels damaging to my spirit, mind, and body just because it can become so boring! ... So I feel like consciously admitting, accepting, and overall being proactive to daily life now is what's keeping me afloat.

It ain't easy though.
