Alright, with the new layout, my original ideas are gone. So I am getting rid of B, I will still claim O and see where it goes from there.

Not to promise anything, but I am going to try to have this completed by July 31, same as the group photo deadline. So if anybody wants to contribute to this in the mean time, just let me/us know.

In case of any potential confusion: yes, this is still going, and the only tile currently claimed is O.

I have claimed O. Right now, I also claim F, G, D, and A. The others can still be claimed, but due to time duration, I am going to continue working on tiles untl it is completed.

Some say better late than never, I say better now than September 13! We've got about a month left of the original Super Mario Bros. 40th Anniversary year.

I have 50 different excuses why this took (me) so long to finish, but I won't say any of them.

This was very good practice for me. Thank you everyone who contributed.

Edit: I must also give credit to whoever made the vine and cloud from the SMB2 Mario's dream isometric display as I used that as a basis to help me make my own.
