Canadian Potato Chip flavors - most of the examples you listed where limited time flavours that were only sold for a short time and america has had much weirder timed flavours, and the ones that arent timed have pretty good reasons to exist
Poutine - potato based foods translate well into chip flavours
Maple Bacon - this just tastes really good

There existed Chili-and-Chocolate-flavoured Walkers crisps at one point for a competition involving new flavours that the public came up with. Sadly, it wasn't victorious.

This topic might be a few weeks old... but I just wanted to say that I just tried a tempura which had banana and pineapple. I didn't know such a thing existed, but it actually tastes pretty good (at least to me)

Two weird flavor combinations that are REALLY GOOD are:
fried cheese curds + caramel
little caesar's italian cheese bread + little caesar's cinnamon bites
not sure why they work so well but worth a shot!!
