How about a brand-new competition in which the contestants make an arcade style game and the winner gets their game uploaded to the main site?

Actually, change of rules! People submit their games and then me and some judges (I will decide who) will judge to see whose game is the best.

No. Just no.
We already have Minigame Competitions to cover this, so doing an Arcade-type rip-off will not work. Plus, you're not even staff, so you don't get to pick the judges. It's also a decision of the competition owner (Whoever's running the comp) to choose which theme is going to be used.
Sorry, but you don't make the decisions around here.
