Maybe you should participate more in existing competitions before trying to host your own?

I think we have enough competitions for our level of activity, and people have said they want less going on at once.

I can't draw, and have no Idea how to do pixel art.

Spriting isn't hard, you just need to put your skills to the test. Practice by making simple drawings like you do on paper and you, not being able to draw is a understatement. I understand if you don't want to, but Pixel Art isn't something overly difficult.
