There are 8 worlds instead of 6
The final boss is unrecognizable
New bosses
Hearts have eyes
There is no bonus game
The goal is a bell
Both bells are bell shaped instead of circular
Poison mushrooms are found in certain ? blocks
When Mario kills a boss he looks at the screen
Bosses take more than 3 hits to kill (excluding the final boss)
Bosses gain new attacks such as the bird dropping eggs, or the witch firing a magic spell
