Hello everyone. Is there a good tutorial on creating a 2.5d platformer in GM Studio? I was thinking about creating a running game for fun and I thought that it would be cool if the game had a 2d player and 3d surroundings. So if anyone is willing to help I will be much grateful.

I found this old tutorial in GM8 that relies on the d3d function in GameMaker. (It says 3D platformer, but it is actually 2.5D)

This only works if you have Pro in Game Maker Studio.
