Ever since the snow was added, black rectangles appear briefly whenever you scroll above a certain speed, which depends on the thread

Which internet browser and theme are you using? I am not able to pick this up on Chrome and Opera.

I'm using the default theme on Microsoft Edge

I can recreate it on any browser that isn't chromium based
which would be firefox, IE, edge, and safari for the big ones
This appears to be an issue with how these browsers render it, not much we can do there.

As @Yoshin said, there's not much we can do about this. We appreciate the bug report, but a brief graphical bug that occurs on some browsers running on some systems that affects a feature only available for a few weeks isn't a top priority for us to fix.
