Tell me one particular thing about this new Princess Peach first.
Now, first of all, to put it simply, Princess Peach actually possesses the heart of a little girl, a young child in general terms. This behavioral trait can clearly be seen if you've even been around her for a couple of hours: Playing with what would usually be considered baby toys such as My First House or My First Musical Table or My First Fun Mobile (Laydown) or so, or using a pacifier or a teether for comfort even then. Besides that, you might have noticed her then that she was rolling around in the grass like a carefree 3-year-old toddler girl, doing amateur 'handstands' just for fun, skipping along like Lou in the song, flapping around on that same grass, hugging a tree in the middle of such actions, etc. All of that shows off her true heart as a 3-year-old little toddler girl, and it tends to reflect on the rest of her carefreeness and it as a whole perfectly.
You've mentioned "heart of a little 3-year-old toddler girl"; that did raise some interesting questions from what I saw about her earlier as I made my way over to you. Tell me, I'm actually interested in her "breakdowns" since I kind of saw that earlier, and that was the first thing that came to interest when you've got started just now. What about it exactly?
Now, to put
that simply, Princess Peach, contrary to popular lore, isn't actually prone to meltdowns and tantrums when upset or angry, as if she were unwilling to actually control them; in the same fashion that cats would be incorrectly believed to strongly dislike water. That would've made her as strongly dislikeable and at best laughable as the media already would've depicted her.
This may blow you away - she actually
prefers to melt down and do temper tantrums when upset or angry, not necessarily in the usual sense, but since most practically she's found it more effective as her own method of calming, and besides that she would find it a fun method of getting attention of or teasing her friends such as Daisy or Rosalina. However, at the very lowest level, she finds it satisfying.
As giggling inside at simply thinking a certain funny cute moment in school for one or another woman or which also could be you, would be satisfying to them, Peach finds it satisfying to get angry or upset and meltdown and/or temper tantrum and create a scene in front of others. She would claim to you that ironically it makes her feel "giddy", because she enjoys how it feels to have her inner 'child' come out of her. And of course, following that, she would enjoy screaming and crying and kicking, and occasionally hitting things (assuming it's never other people or precious stuff!) in those behavioral circumstances. Although that would be true for her at large, ironically, it's also worth noting she's actually very mature - among some of, if not literally
one of the most mature-acting characters in the entire Mario franchise.
(Though she
does occasionally tap her friends or the aforementioned precious stuff in those aforementioned outbursts; she would
never actually hit them or that other stuff, or even touch them in a way that would seem threatening to the end user. In fact, that sort of specific behavior during a poor mood
alone would indicate that she's not legitimately acting out in a threatening way as would be usual with meltdowns, and ironically, that she is in fact
very well-self-restrained as an adult individual mentioned earlier.)
When it comes down to Peach having the heart of a "little girl" as you mentioned earlier, she's bound to pull stuff like pull pranks, give wedgies and wet willies, try to do the "Hand in a warm bowl", and even deliberately embarrass others or herself in front of everybody else some silly way or another. What such kinds of things would she do?
And in fact, all what you've said about is correct! She does exactly those things you've said on her list.
