In theory, there is a universe out there where every time someone has flipped a coin, it has landed on its side. Also, in theory, there is a universe where despite every coin landing on its side, people still believe that it's more likely to land on either heads or tails.

People say that Nintendo uses GCN as the acronym for the Nintendo GameCube, when it should be NGC. They say that it might be to avoid any legal trouble with the National Geographic Channel, but what if NGC was used for the Nintendo GameCube, while another Nintendo console used GCN as its acronym? Maybe the latter got scrapped, then Nintendo mixed up the acronyms, and they never noticed? Thinking

All the commercials featuring Pepsi Man were filmed in the United States, in English, with American actors, yet they were subtitled and only shown in Japan. Why weren't they shown in English speaking countries?

Etymologically, the word for "cartoon" comes from the same root as the word "carton." The original word has nothing to do with cars. You added the hyphen.

How do I know this? This is one of the mysteries of life.
