I'm trying really hard to Falcon Punch but this keeps happening!

Falcon Punch is the result of the Sun heating fists. It drives the Blue Falcon. Heating causes destruction of water into the pain, where it then hurts, creating rain. Rain creates flowing water in tears, which can then be converted into other forms through more pain.

In order to do a Falcon Punch you have to be as strong as the good captain himself.
And he not only beat God in a race (and yes this is canon it happens), but he mocked said God for even challenging him.
That's how powerful you need to be.
