I'm not a gym regular myself, but I have friends who swear by it. They say that it helps them de-stress, keeps them healthy, and is a great way to meet new people. I'm not much of taking exercises, but every time i'm bored, i take a run or a walk.
But not fan of sports and moving a lot.

It's fun this thread has been bumped. I started going to the gym again last November 2022, progress has been going good I feel.

I still live next to the crossfit gym. Last summer I switched to only doing open gym weightlifting, and since september I've been following a workout plan. I started that with a cut so strength has been up and down and crawling back up again. I can basically lift the same amount I did in october but weigh 8 lbs less so .. that's some progress.
