(Placeholder name for the project) Super Mario: The Complete All-Stars - xCrystalStudiosx - 10-01-2019

I'M CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR TEACHERS WHO CAN TEACH ME GAMEMAKER STUDIO 2. OR TUTORIALS THAT GO IN-DEPTH AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING CLEARLY.
--------------------------------------------------------
Howdy doo, I'm Crystal, the creator of this project and I'd like to introduce you to a new Mario game I've currently been working on since last year, It's called: "Super Mario: The Complete All-Stars" <Yeah I know it's bad, I've been thinking of a shorter name but I can't so this is just a placeholder for right now. Anyway, here is some information about the game,

Game Style Focusing on Making: Super Mario Bros.

Gameplay Plot: Made, but needs a lot of improvement.

Controller Support? - Yes
Multiplayer? - Maybe
Level Editor? - Yes
Upload levels? - Yes
Play Others' Levels? - Yes
Bookmark Levels? - Yes

And Also, This game is still in development, No coding has been done yet. Here's what I need:
Coders (To help me progress with my own piece of code or do something extremely complex, or to just be there to teach me whenever I need help.)
Spriters (For making sprites that may be too detailed or out of my skill-level to do.)
Music Composers (Who can make music sound like SMB1-3, SML1-2, SMW-YI, SMAS SMB1-3).
Sound Designers (Who can make custom sound effects for themes for SMB1.

Anyway, If you have any suggestions on what I should add, fix, improve, remove, etc, leave a reply.

Thanks.
-CrystalStudios
(THIS IS A NON-PROFIT GAME, KEEP THAT IN MIND.)

I hate to be that guy, but I doubt a bunch of people are just going to hop on to this project. Are you going to be doing anything?

i'd also hate to be that other guy, but this seems super awfully ambitious for a fan project. not everyone has the time and willpower to help people with projects like these, so i think starting smaller would help a lot.

This is what I have planned, I'm not doing all of this in one beta, I'm going to pick a game style for the coders to work on and start minimal. Not go overboard and overwork them.
If this isn't enough to explain, Well... I guess I'm going to re-cancel this project again. Or work on my own.

even so at the very least this'd take a couple of years to make all the way to completion, even with a team at the helm.

You can easily pick up a game engine and learn instead of making people make the game for you. That's what I and many others do.

Having other people make it doesn't really make it “your” game. It makes it “their” game.

Although I made the ideas for it? And the one who made the server, concepts? And plus, I am not capable of learning coding, I'm just not patient enough with learning to code, It's a pain and I don't want to code anymore, I tried coding in the past using an advanced tutorial, but I absolutely sucked at it. Dang, I have a better chance of making an entire soundtrack for this game then actually coding. But I also don't have patience for music.

Game development is not as easy as it is believed to be. Games don't just come out of nowhere and it require a lot of time and effort. Please excuse me if I sound too abrasive. If you are incapable and impatient to try coding and working on any assets, no one would be willing help you*. I'm not saying this only applies here, chances are, other similar communities would do the same.

There is a saying from my state: It's all hat and no cattle.

*with few exception with close friends but in the long run it is unlikely for the project to be done.

RE: (Placeholder name for the project) Super Mario: The Complete All-Stars - xCrystalStudiosx - 10-02-2019

I meant me doing the coding, I'm not patient when it comes to doing code, People can take their time and I won't have a problem or complain.

I'm just gonna remove the server link.

Edit 2: [Made a mistake: I put download in the middle of server and link. (Server Download Link)]

I know I'm late but I might be able to help as a spriter for specifically the Toads in SMW since I'm working on an ultra power up sheet based off of AwesomeZack's Mario and Luigi sheets
Here is some of my work so far for frog toad specifically (You can also look at my pfp)

Unfortunately, I won't always be available due to stuff like online school being an obstacle and I'm a beginner so some sprites will look a bit weird

Looks really cute so far. Look's as if it was in SMM2

Looks really good. If you want to help with spriting for my game then you're welcome to help. My tag is CrystalStudios#9590 and then I'll invite you to the server.

The idea is very cool but at the same time very crazy. Huh?

If you're gonna try making a game, start with a smaller project and expand outward as you go along. Planning to have everything ever in this from the start is a bad idea
