Jarman's Reiginted Pixel Art - Jarman - 05-15-2020 I have 0 posts on the New Forum, so I'm coming back and better than ever. I have ocs that I have recently updated And I have mario timeline RE: Jarman's Reiginted Pixel Art - Yakibomb - 05-17-2020 I like your style! Here is one criticism on your OC: The purple hair seems to have no depth--It is one color. I would encourage you to add more anti-aliasing to your art. How much I'm not sure, that's up to you! Welcome (back?) to MFGG! RE: Jarman's Reiginted Pixel Art - KrystalPhantasm - 05-17-2020 Oooo, a simple yet readable and cool style! I like it. Now in the OC one, the small purple one on the far right has some shadow that blends in with the black outline of her eyes, just a personal nitpick. Keep goin' my dude RE: Jarman's Reiginted Pixel Art - Jarman - 05-21-2020 (05-17-2020, 08:06 AM)Yakibomb Wrote: I like your style! I usually do AA in my pixel art, I just don't want to overdo it, so I mainly add AA for shading or just for better shaping. I will see what I can do to fix the depth issue of her hair tho. I could go with an idea I had before where I was going to make hair green like the other girl since they are both plant people, but idk the purple hair just fits better so I will try to lower the contrast. |
