I always pick the largest burger they can offer plus sweet iced tea. No mayo and fries.

I'm serious.
A thing I would do a lot, if I'm driving and I'm real thirsty, go to the drive thru and get a water, it's free. Sometimes you have to wait for other customers and their orders, but it usually comes out, you just drive off, and I have a cold water without getting out of the vehicle I'm driving.
I find this seems to work best at Burger Kings, whenever I've tried this at McDonalds, it seemed to throw a wrench in their rhythm.
And as I've found, some places are starting to charge for their waters, so they're no longer free.

Chicken burgers, chicken nuggies, and a water/small cola cup are what I usually order first at a McDonalds.
Chicken Drumlets and a chicken wrap is what I usually get at a KFC's.
Burger King must be cleansed out of this world except that one burger, forgot its name

@Parakarry why not have a water bottle in your cup holder and refill it with tap water at home
