[ Soundtrack Project ] - Plumber Tunes - Tachin1994 - 07-19-2020
Hello there!, I'm Tachin1994.
Might look like a new face but... This place was my starting point 14 years ago.
(Sorry for any typos, i'm trying my best at english)
Might not be necessary, but either way, I want to say that i'm deeply sorry for my behaviour that got me a bad reputation back then, I was just a 12 year old kid with his first exposure with social forums and just wanted to feel important, trying to be a "cool kid" because I thought that everyone on the internet acted like a jerk, and that was the propper way in order to get attention and acceptance. Also was looking for a way to feel that i'm actually good at something, life was harsh for me back then.
Sadly I didn't know how to manage frustration and assertiveness in proper way, with other details not worth to mention fo now. In other hand, I made a few friends that have followed my stuff up to date (Deviantart, Youtube, Soundcloud). Now we are all grown up (hopefully) so I just want to chill the way I coudln't before, and I'm coming back both as a fresh start, and a therapeutic exersice... I hope I can get another chance by the admins. Because I'd be glad to redeem myself.

That's enough pep talk. I want to share you guys a little proyect i've been working on since a couple of years, it's an original Mario-esque Soundtrack that I'd love to make a full thing in the future, or colaborate with any of you guys. I'd really like to hear your feedback in order to keep improving myself.
This track in particular is called: "Grassland Hillside". Hope you enjoy!

I remember you! Well I haven't interacted with you at all since I joined MFGG in 2008. I was using some of your resources for my uninspiring SMB3 fan game in Hello Mario Engine.
I haven't got too deep into your recent creations since I have to sleep very soon (it's freaking 4AM here, I got some major bad luck building a PC and stayed awake due to stress) but I do like that soundtrack. I'm no expert in music so I can't find any weakness on it.

This song is such a bop! Sounds like something you could hear in Super Mairo 3D World or even Super Mario Odyssey! Good work here, I hope you make more stuff like this on the future

I really like your song - it would be a great fit for a grassy/hilly area in a Mario game. I hope you keep making and sharing music and art - you've got a lot of potential.

I've been working on these since 2013, composed using KORG M01D (For Nintendo 3DS) and mastered using Mixcraft / Logic Pro VSTs.

I would share each one separetly if there's no problem with that, i've put a long time in every single track since i'm coming up with something "original" and consistent, using some motifs to link each song.

They're all fantastic, but I've got a soft spot for Misty Manor because my favorite level theme in Mario is ghost houses.

I listened to the full album on SoundCloud earlier. That was good stuff - better than some of the soundtracks for official Nintendo games! You do a great job of capturing the Mario vibe while putting your own fresh spin on each piece.
I don't mean to bug you with suggestions, but I'd absolutely love to hear what you'd do with a castle theme...
