For some reason, sound does not work in my game? I play it through the audio mixer and it runs fine. I have an object that does "play sound" as it's creation event action. Its very strange. Tried .ogg and .wav to no avail. Help?

This is GM Studio 1.4, right?
Are you using audio_play_sound or a different function?

Switched over to GameMaker Studio 2 and it worked fine
