This is extremely vague. Are you talking about rom hacking? Hello Engine? Gatete Engine? Your own engine? Unity? Game Maker? Clickteam? You'll have to provide much, much more information.

I wanted to state which engines I'm using, but I decided against it for some stupid reason. I'm using Hello Engine for Game Maker Studio and Hello Engine 6 Fan-Made.

In Hello Engine, the sprite of the item that comes out of the block is decided on the block object's "User Defined 0" event.

Perhaps if I explain further, a new solution may come to light. I duplicated a mushroom & gave it the look of the mushrooms from SMB1 (NES Version), and I want to know how to make it come out of a ?/Brick Block.
