Mario vs. Some Unusual Foes (aka Mario's slightly Unusual Boss Rush 2) - OssieTheOstrich - 08-31-2022 Doing a sequel to my previously released fangame. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Plot: After the events of the previous adventure, Peach's Castle is having another celebration of some sorts. While at the castle party, Bowser appears out of no where and, with his various Koopa Troops, kidnaps Princess Peach and takes her to who knows where. He also stole the Mini-Marios just to add salt to the wound. Now Mario has save Peach while collecting the Mini-Marios which Bowser has given to various bosses. Oh and Wario is involved with the plot, where he is being payed by Bowser to stall Mario. So he's kinda doing the role of Knuckles in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles. Development History: Felt like making a Mario vs. Donkey Kong like game after my Game Boy contest entry, and since I had made the previous fangame I thought to make both ideas into a sequel. Or something along those lines. Some Notes: Some of the 3D models in the photos are actually made by me and pre-rendered. Though some do need some work, and most of the background and other misc objects are just placeholders at the moment. Also, bosses from the previous game will reappear as rematches, with second phases where they become more aggressive and get different attack patterns.
