I've seen game websites which you aren't allowed to post games made with certain engines so I'm just wondering if they aren't allowed

MFGG doesn't ban any specific engine. As long as the game launches successfully on a typical modern PC, MFGG QC will be able to process your game.
I'm not too familiar with Turbowarp. Why do some sites prohibit using this engine?

They say it's "too easy to use" or something... The only game sites that ban them though are pretty obscure though, but thanks for telling me!
