Hard to say... though Yoshi tends to be my #1 choice for Mario Kart and Mario Parties.

Several of my favorites are Yoshi, Iggy, Luigi, Larry, Lemmy, Wario, Monty Mole, and Ms. Mowz. It's hard to pick just one. :P

Toadette, Bowser Jr., (Baby) Rosalina, Paulena, Rocky Wrench, and there could be more but since Mario Kart World I've been liking those characters a lot! At the end though I like any characters anyways.
