Construct Classic? - Saltman - 01-11-2018
I just wanted to know if any of you guys know how to use Construct Classic. When I asked if there where any good free game making programs you recommended me to use it. Some people here still told me it was outdated or something, though. That's why I want to ask this, as I'm making a game with it.
Do any members here still use this program? Are there any good MFGG games made with it?

I used it sometimes, but i'm not an expert and i also didn't make anything that is not trash on it.
I suggest you to check Construct Classic tutorials, they helped me learn a tiny little of it.
If you are not sure if Construct Classic is enough to your needs, i suggest checking some games made on it. Just keep in mind even though it uses an event system there's still complicated stuff.
Also, it is very outdated, Construct Classic is the first of the three generations of Construct.
Construct 2 has a free edition and 3 has a trial edition, but they are limited.

Construct is a very solid game-making tool. I'd like to see more MFGGers using it, as I know only one MFGGer (Nite) who uses it.
