Usually I say Toadette Strikes or Psycho Waluigi. But sometimes I say Wario DESTROYS a Glass of Milk instead.
Maybe Midas Machine will be the best answer once it's finished!

The best Mario fangame is subjective, but if I had to choose the best one it would be Super Mario Bros. X, I remember playing many episodes (both the built-ins and the downloaded ones), and playing Battle Game for hours with my friend.
