[Completed] Mario Kart PC - Waluigi68 - 02-06-2018
There is more than one year that I did not came on MFGG (Don't worry if you don't remember me I never posted submission/messages on the forum).
IDK if this site is actually active but I hope yes
So here I will present a fangame: Mario Kart PC!!! I think it' the best Mario Kart fangame.
Altough the french version is very very active, the English is completly inactive.
Abilities and more
Why it's the best Mario Kart fangame:
- 21 playable characters (9 starter characters, 12 unlockables, and one new)
- Online mode (But you need to create an account on Mario Kart PC to do this)
- Track editor and battle arena editor (And it's possible to do on online custom tracks/battles)
- Many items including: Green, blue and red shell, mushroom, mega mushroom, super star, bullet bill, banana, fake item box, lightning and more!)
- Free and non-downloadable
- No need of powerful PC
- Circuit and track editor very very complete
- This game has his own forum and sometimes tournament are created
- It's possible to do aerial figures, turbo starts and turbo drifts (Blue only)
- Gameplay close to SMK

This is one of the most impressive Mario Kart fangames I've seen. I can tell you (or whoever made the game) put a lot of effort into making it. The online high scores feature adds a lot of value to the game experience. Also, being able to play against other players is cool too - maybe MFGG should set up an event where we play this online!
The game's mechanics feel a little off, though. Whenever you go off road, your speed slows to a crawl, but when you get back on the road again, your speed almost instantly returns to normal. The hitboxes for the pipes on Mario Circuit 1 feel a bit too big. Also, the differences among the different racers is too extreme - for example, Luigi is very fast but his handling is so poor that it's almost impossible to control him.
