Currently Needing Pixel Artists For October Ordeal - The Dark Warrior - 11-25-2017 This is the thread where I log my fangame/ROM-Hack Projects I start. In brief overview of below: Currently Working On are the projects I am actively developing at this time. Other Projects are the inactive projects that may or may not see progress resumed. Score was 31st. Thanks for the compliment on October Ordeal though keep in mind that looking at it holistically there are going to be generalizations about the kind of levels I build, though there are like, several other kinds of levels made that do not heavily focus on Bullet Bill usage that I have made and shown off. RE: SF's Project Thread - VinnyVideo - 03-27-2018 These backgrounds and tilesets are pretty cool. I like that you're putting a lot of care into the title screens; the October Ordeal title screen is especially nice. RE: SF's Project Thread - Evil Yoshi Toes - 03-27-2018 I love the look of October Ordeal (though I love most things Halloween themed). The graphics in all of these look really great. That December Darkness background with the pumpkins is amazing. RE: SF's Project Thread - The Dark Warrior - 03-27-2018 Interesting thing is, the best backgrounds used in my recent SMW hack works arent even being made by me (considering I feel my own takes are garbo and often times im demotivated to draw em myself). The Pumpkin BG in question as well as a few others were made by a friend I commissioned (who is unavailable atm). That said it is a style I actually want to move into p soon considering its a bit less overly textured (and mine usually is). ... ... Most of the project screenshots that arent actively being worked on (such as when I post my contest entries they aren't there to be worked on), any errors in presentation aren't really going to be fixed. They are just there to log what I've done in the past, which is the purpose of this thread. The ones I am currently working on though, are subject to change. Ive been focusing on getting a certain variety level done as well as working on the intro sequence with a friend that will be done very soon. We are at the halfwaymark on that (so far, 3 scenes have been made). A submap post will happen by around Sunday, and it is where my efforts will be concentrating on this month on making the necessary levels for it in time for C3, which will happen in July on SMW Central. Also I am in need of graphic designers/artists who can design backgrounds and tilesets in the style above. Currently needing someone willing to do a burning gothic village set. EDIT 2 - Also looking for music people who can compose SNES music using the SMW (which on SMWC its called "unsampled") samples (helps that you have experience in using addmusicK).
