Yeah, seriously. I guarantee you if nobody called you out on your passive aggressive garbage, you would have happily continued on and never clarified whether you were joking or not because then there would have been no consequences to saying what you're saying entirely sincerely.

Calling a girl a man is not something you do, even as a joke. It hurts. You're basically calling them really ugly
It's even worse if it's a trans women, as the whole point is we don't wanna be men.
