When you hover your mouse over it in the "Smilies Section" or a post, the text says "Other Big Brin". Just a simple spelling error (or maybe not...).

That's not a spelling error, that's Mario's perpetually smiling cousin, Big Brin. Not to be confused with his other cousin - also named Big Brin - who always wears a cowboy hat.
