kind of. i'm of the mind that if i'm going to die some day there's really nothing that i can do about it, so it's better to try and live your life to the fullest extent that you can here and now.

I used to get panic attacks trying to go to bed because I was afraid I wasn't going to wake up.
I don't anymore, luckily. In general, I try to be careful and that's about all I can do.

I don't fear death, I fear any pain associated with it. When I go, I'd like it to be as quick and painless as possible, nothing frightens me more than a slow, agonizing death.

Fear of dying in ones sleep

I was about to post something like this. I agree, death itself isn't necessarily what's frightening, but pain is. We all are going to die someday, the best to wish is to die painlessly, even though there's not always guarantee of it.

When I was 18 I fell into psychosis. I am schizophrenic now. When I was in psychosis I would have constant ideation that I would be buried alive. I tossed and turned hoping i wouldn't die when i was in the psychiatric centre of the hospital near my place. It was a tough experience.
Psychosis is pretty bad when I work too much or dont get enough sleep.
