Pretty much anything involving beef, chicken and BBQ sauce. Pepperoni on its own is boring but bearable.

Out of all my choices, I go for mushrooms. Real-life mushrooms, 1up mushrooms, any are great on pizza!

That's the thing. Cheese is ALWAYS on pizza last time I checked, therefore it's not a topping. You say it's "the main feature", and it is. If you never have a choice to not get cheese on pizza, then it would be considered a topping, but as of now, it's always on pizza no matter what.
This is just speculation by me, but if anyone has proof of me being wrong, please tell me. I've never heard of cheese not being on pizza before.

You do have a pretty fair point on why it doesn't have to be an option in the poll, but I just want to add that pizza can be made by anyone (if they learn), and build it as they wish. There are people who can't stand cheese (like my cousin), and people who even have allergy to it, therefore they can exclude cheese as ingredient. Everything else would be like same as pizza, so if not having cheese makes it "not-pizza", then what is it?

Cheese is very much a topping and you will not always find it on pizza. The fact that you can order pizza without cheese kinda proves my point about it being a topping other than, you know, the fact it goes on top of the pizza.
You can even get extra cheese as one of the options.
Calling cheese pizza "plain" makes it sound like a bland flavor and I can't agree with that.

I understood what he meant by plain, but it is true that cheese is not required on a pizza. My dad has a lactose allergy so he gets his pizza with no cheese, but it is still pizza.

I like a good 4/5 cheese pizza and occasionally a Mac and cheese pizza. Just a standard cheese pizza is fine but I'll do pepperoni every now and then. Anyone try the Extra Most Bestest Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza from Little Caesar's? It's great imo

A hard question indeed! I actually chose peppers because they go well with almost any kind of pizza.
My favorite pizza topping depends on what kind of pizza it's topping. Some of my favorite pizzas have featured chicken or even broccoli.

My go-to choices are chicken+broccoli or chicken+bacon.
In the local pizza-by-slice shops, the bbq-chicken+bacon+ranch (or CBR) is among the most popular.
