I'm planning to work on a full-scale Wario Land Game, in the style of WL1.
Basically:
6 worlds
Linear Stages
WL1 style Wario Gameplay
4-5 power-ups
A boss for each world
3 Cutscenes: Beginning, Midway, Ending.
5 levels per world

But I would like some help if this were to get off the ground of course.

I'll create 2-3 builds of the game to test concepts and if you would like to join (knowing fully that this could be canceled)
then post below with the spot you would like to take.

There are 2 spots:
Level Designer
Audio (This includes: Sound Effects and Music.)

I am accepting 2 Level Designers and 1 Audio dude.
Of course we can always drop any of these positions and go forward without these people.

Things to keep in mind if you are going to join though:
-This could be canceled.
-The Engine we are using is CLICKTEAM FUSION 2.5
-This project could take 2-3 months depending on Level Designers and everyone working on it in general.

You really need to have examples of your work and progress on the project itself before you try recruiting people for game development.

It's hard to know what exactly we're signing up for if you don't.

Is it really only going to take 2-3 months? I' be more realistic. Games take a long time to make.

Id get in this if I wasn' busy with other projects and if I've played Wario Land before.

Yeah, thats why I plan not to accept anyone before I have concrete playable demos for people.
Wanted to throw this out there so I could have it written.

Thanks anyways, I've done this before.

2-3 Months is sort of a guess time, as I'll be off during that whole period of time so I can constantly work on it.

To be honest, the levels aren't mean't to be open at all. Instead: short sharp and difficult stages that make clever use of "Wario Movement".

Think Jumper in terms of levels, but with Wario controls:
