What's your opinion of this fermented cabbage edible?

I'm not a huge fan of it, although I could probably tolerate it in small doses if it's a component of something else (like a sausage dog).

I don't mind it. Tastes pretty good. Had Korean sauerkraut the other day. That was amazing.

I can't stand it. My mom makes it when she makes sausage and I can't even be in the kitchen because of the smell. I'm not sure why I'm so repulsed by it but I always have been.

do note: most mass produced sauerkraut is made with vinegar like pickles, not just cabbage and salt
if youve only had fast food sauerkraut or the mass produced stuff go try some homemade stuff.
