Kirb: Adventure in Funland, for sure. Along with its sequel, Kirb's Return to Funland. I love promoting myself, haha.
I'd say Sonic Mania and/or Sonic Mania Plus. The throwback to the original Sonic games was a huge hit in the heart for me (in the good way); the graphics looked incredible, the physics were nice, and the story was great.
Plus we get all of the Totino's memes from it now thanks to a certain livestream for it, so thanks SiIvaGunner and Sonic Team.
This is a hard one for me.
I cannot argue what games like DOOM did for gaming as a whole, nor what Terraria has done for me personally. It honestly is a tie between these two games for wildly different reasons. (which I will elaborate on when it isn't 5 in the morning)
