Importing classic smilies

Seems some of them aren't showing up - apparently MyBB requires smilies to be .GIF files. phpBB MFGG uses a mix of .GIF and .PNG smilies. I'll fix this later.

If Mit wants to revamp these someday, be my guest.

I see the problem now - seems it was just a cache issue with the old default smilies.

Perhaps you should give mit an invite into this board, seeing as he's had a lot of good ideas for features to include and is keen on doing visual work.

Testing Mit's SVG smilies. These work OK, but we'd probably need to do something with the CSS so they're not gigantical.
