Mario's Sprite for my new game (and I may need help)

As I posted earlier in another page of the forum, I'm making a Mario Maker fangame and wanted the sprites to be Mario Wonder-ish. This is an example I made, but in reality I'm very bad at making sprites. I don't know if it's ok to say this here, but I need help to make the sprites and animations. I'm already bussy learning to make code.
If you can make this art style, could you please help? I'd need many things, but not everything right now. Just like basic stuff, Mario, some enemies, ground block... I'll tell you if you want.

By the way, this sprite was made by diverse AI sites, paint.net filters and my own customization, so that's why I can't make them completely by myself.
