It must have either cannons, rocky wrenches, or Bullet Bills on it or all.
It can have enemies that aren't Bullet Bills, Rocky wrenches, or Cannons.
At the end of the airship there must be either 2 Boomerang Bros, 3 Fire Bros, an SMB2 miniboss, Boom Boom, or a koopaling.
