DONE Change name of "Sprites, Libs, and Tilesets" to "Graphics" on the mainsite

"Sprites, Libs, and Tilesets" is an old label that overlooks some graphical formats that don't conveniently fit into any of those categories (for example, textures). Also, we don't get a lot of libs these days. So I changed this category name to "Graphics" on the mainsite.

Go throw rotten vegetables at me if this wasn't a good thing to do (or politely suggest a better name - that works too).

@Alexandra Yeah, that's true. I just changed it at the database level - this change might not be reflected in all images.

Does it mean 3D models can fit in the category now, since they also make part of graphics?

Some modifications would be needed before we start accepting 3D models, but that does sound like a great addition!

This is true, but now that its just a graphics section, we should consider adding them proper.

Yeah I support this change. Libs are mostly dead now anyway
