A ROM hack of Mario 3, this one allows you to play as Toad and Luigi in Single Player, the worlds are different worlds from many Mario games.

World 1 -Mushroom Kingdom
World 2- Subcon
World 3- Boo Woods (called Boo's Woods in game)
World 4- Dinosaur Land
World 5- Birabuto Kingdom
World 6- Isle Delfino
World 7- Greater Galaxy
World 8- Dark Land

Birdo (World 2 miniboss)
Mouser (World 2 miniboss)
Wart (World 2 boss)
Big Boo (World 3 miniboss)

I think his point was that you don't have to have made the thing to like talking about it.

That said, this thread's original post isn't much of a conversation starter. If you want to get people talking about this game, you should try asking people what they think of it or at least sharing your own opinion on it. Listing off what looks like it could be the table of contents to the game's walkthrough doesn't really spark discussion because there's not much to say about it.

BuSMB3 Mix is like Brutal Mario as with Mario Adventure is like Demo World 3 with some BM spectacle.

They are really rough games that don't do much with their level designs and therefore doesn't age that well, but can be appreciated because of the amount of ASM that can show what can be done with hacking such a game.

I found out about Mix in a paper mag, thanks for reminding about it! Because it was really praised as a hack back then in there.
