View the tags in a submission

Right now, you can only view the tags used in games and hacks. Sprites and how-tos only show you their type and game program respectively. It'd be great if you can view all the tags used in a submission in the main site! It'd make reporting for missing/incorrect tags much easier!

That's actually a pretty good idea, and I don'think implementing that would be terribly hard. I'll look into it the next time I decide to dive into the main site's code

Excuse me for the bump, but has there been any progress on getting this feature implemented? As someone who occasionally looks for missing/incorrect tags, this would be groovy to have!
