changing wario goes to the ocean 2 (cause yes)

if you played wgtto 1 then you would know that mario mention luigi in the game, well since i want to change the story a bit Luigi is gonna be the
main guy in the 2nd game so I can kind of give it a little real story plot and not being all about water.
