After a thorough investigation by the Mario Fan Games Galaxy State Police Department (or MFGGSPD for short), we have discovered that "Bowser" was, in all actuality, Tinky Winky of Teletubbies fame all along. He has been convicted of smelling really bad and impersonating a koopa.
