Yeah it depends on the game. I generally like the Medium class characters though, but I like Waluigi and Dry Bones.

In Double Dash I'd always pick Koopa Paratroopa and Diddy Kong because they weren't heavy but they had the giant banana and Bowser shell powerups.

Whoops you're right, that must be why I always choose him then, triple red shells. Knew there was some reason, just couldn't remember what it was.

Double Dash is the one game in which I never picked Toad. His mushroom would cause me to fly off the course more than it would help me. Before I got Petey and Boo I used Princess Peach or Daisy with one of the koopas. After I got them I'd usually use Petey with a koopa.
