REJECTED let guests give 1-ups to posts

we all love our 1-ups. we just do. but sometimes we get a miniscule amount of them because nobody except guests are online.
and i just thought of this; why not let the guests/unregistered browsers give 1-ups as well? at the time of writing this post, there are a whole 43 guests online, all browsing different forums. so why not let them give feedback, in a way?
(just a side note, i don't think you should get an alert when a guest gives a 1-up, that'd be too crazy with how many guests come here every day, so just one alert with how many guests have 1-up'd it)

Many of those guests are just search engine spiders or bots and are not real people. 1-ups themselves don't really do much aside from show how many users like a post, but if guests could 1-up posts it could easily be abused to inflate 1-ups on posts and "de-value" them.

1-up spam would probably become much more frequent, especially with the fact that it is not limited to one account. Why would you let people who aren't registered on Facebook or any other social media site to like something? Should we give guests the ability to post? That is what separates a guest from an MFGGer, and that fabric is there for a reason.

I think all the negative reactions are from people who don't want to face rejection from GoogleBot5325 which is an understandable fear.
