How big will Posts 2017.TXT be?

I keep a file on my computer called Posts 2017.TXT. This is where I store all of the things I post online for the calendar year of 2017. This includes posts and PMs on MFGG and the BT Forums, various tweets, and the occasional post or message on Facebook and LinkedIn. It does not include Discord or Skype messages; those live in a separate file.

A possibility exists that Posts 2016.TXT was also a thing. Who knows - maybe I'll even make a Posts 2018.TXT file in a few days.

How big do you think Posts 2017.TXT will be on January 1, as measured in kilobytes? Whoever makes the best guess will receive 5 coins. So hit me with your best shot.

We have a winner! @littlelum ended up making the closest guess. Posts 2017.TXT weighed in at 980,793 bytes, or 957.8 kilobytes.

Eight MFGGers made a guess, with the average guess being 930.4 KB. Many of the individual guesses were far away from the actual number, but the average proved to be very accurate.

This concept might be relevant (but keep in mind that some crowds, for various reasons, fail to match our level of wisdom!).
