i really enjoyed the mario movie, and still do. I think if it had been its own original work rather than something based off the Mario series it could have done better, but i personally still think it's a good movie. Definitely not traditional by any stretch, and i wouldn't say it's a good Mario-focused movie, but a good movie on its own regardless
