Make QC color easier to pick out

In the default skin for this forum, the colors of the QC names are blue, which make them hard to see when put on a blue background that doesn't have much contrast from it. I think this should be fixed. One way to do it is to adjust the brightness of the name color.

Each group has its own color defined in the Admin Control Panel, but I think it's possible to override the defaults by specifying skin-specific group colors within the template files.
