MFGG Staff Role Restructure + Promotions + Discord Mod Applications

So... the staff roles used to be a bit confusing. For an example, we had 3 roles regarding the main site, Admin, Comment Moderator, and Quality Control. On the forums, however, all of them were combined under the Site Staff title. Some main site admins were also admins on the forums, but there wasn't any distinction between both admin roles.

See what I mean? This is why we've decided to completely revamp all the staff roles. Now the main site, the forums and the official Discord server all have their own admins and moderators. In addition, Quality Control isn't a separate role now, all the Main Site Moderators can check the submission queue.

Those with the Global Moderator role also now moderate all 3 sections of the site. There is no "Global Admin" role though, having one person to be the Head Admin often slows things down unnecessarily.

Tech Admin is also renamed to Site Developer. This is mainly because we've had a lot of users assume that they are just regular admins, even though they are only responsible for the backend and frontend parts of the site.

Alongside these role revisions, we've also made a few new promotions! I'm now a Global Moderator and a Site Developer, @Gatete is now a Main Site Moderator, @Fun With Despair is now a Forum Admin, and @Vitiman is now a Main Site Admin.

Following is a list of all these new staff roles with the staff members who have these roles.
