Oh yeah, I remember reading a forum thread about Red Viper a while ago, and how people made a big deal out of its ability to run games at full speed! It seemed kinda silly to think that the 3DS wouldn't be powerful enough to run a Virtual Boy emulator unless if done really well, but then again, weren't SNES games only playable on New Nintendo 3DS models? I guess emulators really do require a lot of processing power. If it took this long to get a full speed emulator out, then maybe that explains why Nintendo didn't release VB games on 3DS. They probably thought the amount of time and effort required to make an emulator wouldn't make up for what may very well get low interest from other people, not to mention that the amount of games is very small.
