This actually looks pretty decent, and because you're going for a unique art style you caught my attention.

I would like to work on this with you, but unfortunately I'm working on my own fangame right now by myself and all my time and energy is going there.

I'm also an artist, I make my own sprites, tilesets, backgrounds, ect.

I can help you out with the art quality aspect of your game, my job would be to make sure all tilesets, sprites and backgrounds are correctly shaded to keep the artstyle consistent
